My experience was quite disappointing due to service issues. The receptionist seemed dismissive during check-in and did not help with a simple request for information. Additionally, every time I used the elevator, it was painfully slow, and it dropped me at the third floor, making it inconvenient for accessing lobby services.

The hotel is located amidst a vibrant shopping area, surrounded by numerous clothing stores and eateries, making it convenient for both work and leisure. The spacious room boasted two queen-size beds and a well-equipped bathroom, allowing for ample room to store luggage. I particularly enjoyed the excellent check-in service and the complimentary happy hour wine. The nearby dining options, including late-night restaurants, added to the comfort of staying here.

Had a great time at Forza Nagoya Sakae! The room was spacious with awesome views and a comfy bed. Enjoyed the complementary wine too! Just wish their laundry setup was a bit better. A solid choice for a relaxing stay.

During my stay, I noticed a significant amount of dust on the bed board, which was less than ideal. Additionally, my brother's room faced an unreasonable situation where his extra pillows were removed during cleaning without any prior notice, which negatively impacted their comfort throughout a lengthy stay.

The staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfy, allowing for restful nights. I enjoyed having a secure lobby at night, which added to my peace of mind. The room also offered a solid view next to a nearby park, perfect for picnics. I appreciated the locking wash machines with individual digital codes. they were a great convenience.

However, I found the Western-style faucet temperature control slightly confusing at first.

Accessing the transport options, especially carrying heavy luggage, required navigating multiple stairs, which was inconvenient.

this was my second stay in nagoya, and for the price, forza nagoya sakae exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and great views from the 11th floor. loved the free coffee and the location near shopping areas.
